"The breakfast menu was basic - curry sauce, rice, baked goods, coffee, juice, yogurt. Breakfast always has a lot of people. If you get there when they open, there is a long line. I wish they had a restaurant on site. They only have Watson's store which does sell pre-packaged foods and drinks and personal items. I speak English and had a bit of trouble speaking with front desk. She and I had to use translator on our phones. They were accomodating when I had to extend my stay. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly."

"We were placed in a smoking area again. Narita’s Toyoko Inn’s room is smaller than the one we had in Osaka. I will visit again since it is overall clean and their breakfast buffet is great. I’ll just be specific next time to make sure we get the non-smoking. I wonder if the new extension in Narita is bigger"

"4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome."

"Great room. Free shuttle bus at entrance for trips to Aeon Mall and return. Also a free airport shuttle. Convenience store inside hotel. "
