“When I booked the room, there was no notice that there would be an extra fee for pets, and it clearly said pets friendly. When I took my dog to the hotel, the front desk actually charged me a pet fee, which was incredible! The reason was that I had to pay if I booked on Expedia, but if I booked directly with them, I wouldn't have to. It was totally unreasonable. “I was part of a tournament team that chose to make this our place to stay, the general consensus amongst the team was that the building is old and tired. No one had a good sleep due to the beds needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to care, but building maintenance was needed and parts that had been upgraded were extremely poor quality, from the perspective of a lifelong building supervisor.”
