I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback. While I was very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the "spot on" check-in process, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. Most importantly, the shower head and door in my room leaked significantly, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. This is a serious safety hazard that needs immediate maintenance attention. Additionally, I found the service at the restaurant to be quite slow. It appeared that some staff members may require further training, particularly regarding communication and service efficiency. Finally, while the gym equipment is generally good, the free weights feel outdated compared to the rest of the facility. I hope this feedback is helpful for your team. I enjoyed the highlights of the hotel and would love to see these areas improved for my next visit

Ugandan get away

Its a nice well run hotel With friendly and efficient staff good facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. The restaurant is really good and if you go for the buffet breakfast before the very enf it is bery good. Would have no problem staying here again

Royal Suites Kampala

Stayed at Royal Suites for 3 nights. Some of the lights not working. Poor internet (when it worked). I had to request shower gel every day after the previous tube was finished. Had to repeat request at least twice. No coffee / tea etc in the room for early morning - just a bare room (suite) Food was terrible - they got the wrong order at breakfast and served almost the same meal every lunchtime - awful!! Definitely will not stay there again despite the ridiculously huge bedroom and large living room

Gut, aber nicht wie beschrieben

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer der besten Gegenden in Kampala.Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut geführt und sauber.Allerdings sind die Dinge, wie z.B. Whirlpool in der Suite, Bademantel, Schlappen und Balkon einfach dazugeschwindelt. Das ist schade, weil das Hotel dies eigentlich nicht nötig hätte. Wäre man hier bei der Wahrheit geblieben, hätte man keine Begehrlichkeiten geweckt. Denn in der Gesamtbeurteilung ist das Hotel empfehelnswert.
