"Perfect for travelers from Terminal 1. The hotel accommodated my late check in then upgraded my room to 9th floor plus free buffet breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. The buggy ride to and fro the hotel and KLIA was convenient and fun! Short stay for me but sweet!"

Good stay with glitches

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall."
