The beach club, grocery store, and many restaurants are walk-able (highly recommend Canoe House). There are two pristine pools that are a few steps away as well. We loved our stay here!

The house is easy to get in and out, close to the grocery story, close to the beach and has an amazing lanai where we spent many hours.Mike was so helpful. I started asking questions a few months before our trip and his answers were very thorough.

This is amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable— would stay again if we have a big group! Loved the beach and pool areas (it took us a little bit to find the pools😂) Loads of room to spread out!

Mike was quick to respond when we had any questions, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked, and even included a small second refrigerator for beverages. We ran out of garbage bags, I called the property management representative (Mike) and we were supplied with them immediately. We felt very safe in the gated community. The location is great. I would recommend staying there and would stay there again.

The house is spacious, comfortable and well supplied. Location is very convenient for exploring Big Island especially the saddle road, north and west coast. Our highlight was the beach within the community which has amazing snorkeling with very easy access. Many other great beaches are within 10-15 min drive. Pack reef friendly sunscreen!

The property is located in a nice community. There was enough room for our family. The furniture and mattresses could use a face lift. Otherwise, everything was very nice. Mike, the property manager, was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

This home was amazing! The location is great for enjoying your vacation. Some of the perks is enjoying the lush and vibrant outdoor areas with coffee in the morning, spending a sun soaked afternoon at the exclusive beach club where you can snorkel, order drinks, or just enjoy a good book on the complimentary lounge chairs! Delicious, oceanfront, sunset dinners at the nearby 5 star resorts are a must. The home itself has all you need to enjoy the beach or the community pool and gym. I can’t wait to come back ;)

I began searching for our Hawaii vacay “home” in June of 2021! Our actual Anniversary date would be October of 2021 and our trip would have to be realized in April 2022! Lots of planning and anticipation!!! Our KaMilo condo was all we had hoped for! The four bedrooms worked perfectly and the living space was roomy for all 8 of us. We used the pool, pavilion, private beach and got to explore so much of the island from this location! All of us came home rested, happy and dreaming of another visit.

The home is big and roomy, the extras available for the beach (ice chests, chairs, wagon, boogie boards, etc) and in the kitchen was really nice. We had three families that stayed together in the home. The recreation area isn’t far from the home and is wonderful with two pools, spas, gym center, expansive lawn area and covered patio. Be sure to check out the private beach too. It’s pretty amazing with lounge chairs available and a great snorkeling spot!I would stay here again. My only complaints would be the sensitivity of some neighbors (we got a complaint for playing a dice game with kids at 9 am on the lanai) and the shopping center near by doesn’t offer much in terms of restaurants & shops, but will hopefully be revived soon with pandemic coming to an end.

Overall, our experience was very positive. The pool proved to be wonderful for small kids (and adults) and we met the same families every day which made for a community feel. It would be nice if some basic items like flour, sugar and other baking and cooking items were in the cupboards. It would make meal preparation much easier and eliminate the need to buy quantities that are not needed for a short stay.
