Welcome to our new (2023) custom home within the exclusive Nohea of the Mauna Lani community, located on the North Francis I'I Brown golf course and within walking distance to The Shops at Mauna Lani and the Auberge Resort.

We are proud to share we now provide Complimentary access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center.

Nearly 3000 ft2 of living space, this tropical-inspired home features an expansive living area with soaring ceilings adorned with custom-designed fretwork panel accents and trim.

The airy, bright living room is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the lush golf course, pool, and heavily landscaped courtyard views. The entire house is furnished with Restoration Hardware furnishings and offers warm, modern furnishings with elegant designer décor. The sliding glass doors open to merge the indoor and outdoor spaces and provide access to the expansive covered lanai, which features a large dining table, eight chairs, and a casual seating area for reading, relaxation, and great conversation. Enjoy the gas BBQ to prepare for the day's fresh catch or other island specialties. The free-form pool and waterfall spa offer a bright spot of blue in a sea of lush green grass and tropical trees and flowers.

All bedrooms offer privacy with the two attached suites located on opposite corners of the central living pod; one is a very well-appointed primary suite with sinks, a free-standing soaker tub, and indoor and outdoor showers. Restful sleeps are guaranteed in this custom home's four bedrooms, three with their own ensuites. Any stresses or sore muscles will disappear here. The second bedroom is private and spacious, with a large bathroom nearby and a walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are detached and adjacent to the pool, each private with ensuites. An optional 5th sleeping space awaits in the multipurpose room with the addition of the retractable queen-size Murphy bed tucked away beneath the media wall—TV, movies, or office by day, bedroom by night. If you're extending your "work from home" requirements while visiting, we offer a desk, printer, and Wi-Fi to give you the best of both worlds.

Cooking meals here will be a treat in the fully equipped chef's kitchen with Wolfe 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and luxurious cabinetry. You can take advantage of local fare at the nearby Foodland Farms Grocery store or farmers market in Waimea, creating meals to satisfy long, relaxing pool days or beach and ocean adventures.

If dining out is your preference, the area has countless options. Be it a casual happy hour break at Tommy Bahama's, a quick lunch at Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club, or fine dining in the nearby Auberge's Canoe House or Fairmont's Brown's Beach House restaurants. The nearby Shops at Mauna Lani include the Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Boutique and several other dining opportunities, art galleries, gift shops, and Foodland Farms grocery store, which features a deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and fully stocked wine and cheese departments.

When heading to the beach, step into the garage to gather all the necessary accessories: snorkel sets, beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. Take a leisurely bike ride with the bicycles provided along the 6 miles of bicycle paths adjacent to the private roads within the resort. This exclusive property is golf course front and within the Mauna Lani Resort and walking distance of The Shops at Mauna Lani, Auberge Racquet and Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Golf Clubhouse, the Auberge Hotel, and the Historical Park and Trail that leads to the ancient fishponds and beach club at Makaiwa Bay.

Our guest pass card provides access to the gated and private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club located at Makaiwa Bay provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

Within the Nohea community is a private Amenity Center including a salt-water pool, a fully-equipped gym, and 2-BBQ pavilions.

Paradise on the Big Island

Such an incredible property for our family of 6. Plenty of space to spread out and the amenities of the property are incredible. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need and the grill works perfectly!Communication with the property management team was wonderful and we had everything we needed and more to have an incredible stay!We'll be back!

Great stay in Nohea

This house was perfect for my families stay in Mauna Lani. The home is new, nicely furnished and well stocked having everything we could need for a day at the beach. It’s proximity to the grocery store and beach club made everything incredibly convenient, and the availability of the bikes was a nice touch. We enjoyed the private pool and spa with plenty of lounging options both in the sun and the shade. We can’t recommend this home enough and look forward to returning for our next family vacation!

Exceptional property and management within treasured Mauna Lani area

Nohea 13 was perfect for our two families. The open living spaces combined with separate sleeping areas was great for our three older teens. The home’s kitchen provisioning is excellent, with many thoughtful details that it was nearly like being in our own kitchen, unlike most sparsely outfitted vacation rentals. We enjoyed the home’s many amenities, from pool and hot tub, the grill, the bikes and cooler, all in great condition. Lisette, the property manager was easy to work with, accessible and responded quickly when we noticed the dryer vent wasn’t working properly - it was fixed professionally the same day. And, although this development has other homes currently under construction, we rarely saw or heard construction and it never affected us. The location is quiet and private feeling, while close to the Mauna Lani fishponds and shoreline, and essential groceries at Foodland Farms. We all hope to visit again.
