I’d probably stay again because it’s cheap. However, I got in somewhat late around 9 PM and I had to walk down to the best Western to check in a half block or so away. When I got to the hotel room, there was no heat and it was too tired to walk back.

Il check-in si fa presso un'altra struttura poco distante dove si fa un'ottima colazione! In una delle due camere prenotate è saltata la corrente e questo ha reso necessario il cambio stanza, avvenuto rapidamente e senza problemi. Vicino ad ottimi ristoranti per la sera. Assolutamente consigliato!

Old motel with raised foundation and squeaky floor. Very small bathroom. Front desk was closed and had to check in and had breakfast at Best Western nearby.

This is an older motel, but the rooms have been maintained well. We arrived to a note on the closed office telling us to check in at a different hotel. I guess help is hard to find in the off season? It didn't inspire confidence in our accommodations. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower was small. The advertised breakfast was also available at the other hotel. This motel stay was fine for an overnight, but I'll probably take my chances somewhere else next time.

This was a nice place to stay! A bit older, but clean and pretty well kept. After hours check in had to be done at the Best Western, but it was a smooth check in from there. For some reason our power went out at about 10:30 at night, and when I called the 24 hour service line, they answered and promptly addressed our problem. I would probably stay here again!

Food was great! Would be nice to have a tray to carry food to the table. The shower temperature wouldn't stay the same hot then cold then hot. Shower is very small!!!

The property was cute, but there was no circulating air and it got really hot. The wall ac really did not circulate the air. The bathroom did not have a fan, so after a few days it smelled like stale air and old pee. There was at least 1+ inches around that door that you could see to the outside, which made for a noisy stay with cars and people walking by at all hours. I would not stay there again. Older motel with well-renovated, clean rooms. Check-in and breakfast at the neighboring Best Western Motel, a short walk away. Located in the center of Kanab with many restaurants and shops, nice for the evening.

No water from bathroom faucet. Lighting in room was terrible. No staff at front desk. Directed to go to hotel a block away to check-in. Security chain lock for room not working. Room And property were totally overpriced. Room was clean.

Looked rTher run down and no one in office. Note has us go couple doors down to sister hotel, the Best Western for check in. That staff was wonderful, great information on a handout of passwords, ice, etc. To our surprise and pleasure, the room was retro, but clean, comfortable and well appointed with all we needed. We will stay here again.

Room is cute & comfortable. They were short-staffed so I had to walk almost a block to check-in at another hotel which was owned by the same people, then walk back to my room. It was challenging to get the shower water at the right temperature, but after a few minutes, it was fine. Breakfast was included & also served at the other hotel. I also checked out at the other hotel.
