The breakfast did not start until 630 and when you are going to a park, you have to get up early to beat the heat so most days we could not eat the breakfast. Yes they have laundry but it is 3.50 a load to wash and 3.50 a load to dry. They never cleaned the room in all the days we were there even though the sign in the room says every three days they clean. We had to go ask for more towels and wash clothes at the front counter and when we did we felt like we were bothering the person at the desk.

No staff when we arrived at 1am. No bedding on the pull out sofa. Called the number left at front desk. The guy said he couldn’t help us because it is a room for two. I specifically reserved a room for three and it was on my receipt. He finally called a maintenance man who was not happy to be woken up. The maintenance guy handed me a pile of sheets and blankets and told me this wasn’t his job. No customer service.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly and the cost and location were good. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Concerns: We all got bites on our body while staying in room 127. The other group of people in our party that stayed in a different room didn't get any bug bites. So I assume they were bed bugs that were in our room and not the others. The toilet was really slow and the bathroom was moldy. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was only slightly warmer.

Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice. Room was spacious. However, the ice machine was broken. The room had no privacy sheer for the drape so the curtains had to remain closed. Hallways were dirty since the day I arrived. Room had signs housekeeping only provides service every 3 days, to let them know if you need anything in between. Day 2 I asked for service, didn't get it during my 4-night stay! I had to ask passing housekeeping staff for towels and toilet paper. Not to mention, the lady @ the front desk didn't speak English. The TV remote (with battery backing missing & held together with tape) barely worked. Every time I went by the front desk to ask for a functional one, no one was there! The vending machine was out of water bottles & one night the toilet kept making noise the whole night. Definitely will not stay again 👎

Only thing good I can say is the price was decent. Our party had two rooms and one was uncleaned with bed not made when we arrived. Toilet in the other room would not flush correctly. Requested rooms to be clean after two days staff promised they would be and they were not. Fire detector battery was causing chirp in one room and second room had no battery in fire alarm. Hall ways were dirty and had same cigarette butts on the carpet all three days we were there. No one at main desk early in the morning. Desk had a phone number to call. Called the number and person was asleep and incoherent. Trash cans on the premises were overflowing. Stay away from this hotel.

Very old and not kept up. Carpets in the hallway were dirty and needed vacuumed, walls were really scuffed and looked like it had been decades since painted, vending machine and ice maker were broken. Would not stay here again.
