Property was as pictured and described. My family of 5 adults stayed here and it was extremely spacious. The host provided all information that we needed for a smooth stay and check in/check out process. The surrounding area is quiet and private because it is in a development where this is the only home that has been built. Garage was nice. The house was very clean. The only negative is that there were a lot of bugs/spiders in the house. That may not bother some people, but FYI to anyone with a fear of spiders.

Lovely Home

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. It is a beautiful home. Everything is brand new. The bed mattresses were amazing! We loved the bathrooms. I will miss the master bathroom shower. There is a large kitchen. We appreciated that there was a water filtering system for drinking water. Micah, the host, was quick at responding to any question we had. We all agreed that staying at this house definitely contributed to making our family vacation great. We also loved the location. We were able to visit Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and Grand Canyon NP very conveniently.

This home is amazing, beautiful and very comfortable. 3 bedrooms (comfortable beds) have private baths plus the home has a half bath. Plenty of room for our family of 6. It's located in a subdivision that is not completed so, it sits isolated but well paved roads and sidewalks. At night you can sit on the patio and star gaze (beautiful) during the day the views are awesome. The concierge was great to work with and gave us plenty of ideas and activities to do. Our only problem was not being able to reach an individual when we needed a quick response on an issue. But the issue was resolved by property manager. All was well. We would rent this property again.
