Pickleball Paradise in Kanab with Hot Tub Unit 2

Welcome to Pickleball Paradise in Kanab, Utah! Enjoy your visit in our beautiful area while staying in our BRAND NEW two bedroom (third bed available), two bathroom duplex. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV, convenient charging outlets, and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Each unit has access to their own private courtyard which includes a hot tub, outdoor table and chairs, grill, and cornhole set. This stay also includes shared access (with the other duplex unit, and one other property) to a private professional pickleball court! The pickleball court is also ready for a friendly game of basketball. The court has professional lighting to allow for evening games after you spend your day enjoying the local attractions. (Pickleball equipment and basketball provided.)

High speed internet is included with your stay. 1024 mbps speed internet with hardwire connections in each bedroom. 500 mbps wireless service across the property. Fiber optics are connected directly to the property.

Each unit has private access with a keypad door lock. An access code will be e-mailed to you prior to your stay.

This duplex is located just 5 minutes from downtown Kanab while 4 of the most beautiful National Parks are just a short drive away!
