Room very clean, which was lovely. In a bit of disrepair thought. The showers hot water was flipped with the cold, so the water was barely on when it was turned to hot. Bathroom towel rack kept falling off the wall, the sink drain was disconnected and kept sticking shut and the curtain rod would come apart and fall whenever you attempted to open the curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable, varrying pillow firmness was a nice touch. Coffee in the lobby was actually not bad and a pleasant surprise. Again, very clean and comfortable which was huge for us.

The parking was conveniently located directly in front of my room. The room was clean. The area was quiet. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again.

An older but down home atmosphere. Fridge and microwave in decent size room. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, Danish, cereals, apples and yogurt. Also at comfort inn for use is the pool. We stayed 4 days, had hot showers ( though the handle was new but wonky) and did our laundry there. For the price this is a win!

The room we reserved was their only three bed bedroom and it was not too bad. If I had complaints…it was just a few things. 1 - the third bed was in another room off the room with the two beds. It had a connecting door to another room. That door was not soundproofed in anyway shape or form! We heard almost everything the neighbors said. Cough, laugh, talk, and yell at their cat! Yes! A cat! Yelling to tell it to come here! Umm ya cats are not like dogs! Stop yelling at them to come to you! 🙄 We stayed two nights and the first night the neighbors kept me awake until almost 2am. The second night… the new neighbors were not so bad but they did not stop talking until 1am. The second night ones were not so bad. 2 - the parking lot is needing some serious TLC. 3 - needed more TP lol. We should have made sure they put some more in for us but we made it ok.😂 I do have to give the cleaning lady a huge thumbs up! She was awesome! She made sure we had fresh towels and plenty of them for the 4 of us. She was super helpful and friendly. Most of the issues I had were with the connecting door. Other than that it was not a bad stay. It had a not to bad eating place just a few steps away.. the Havana Cabana was not too bad. Would I stay again? Probably. The prices were great and within budget. Maybe next time I would leave the kids home and just take one room with two beds. But it was nice to have three so my kids each had a bed and we had one in the same room but with a bit of privacy.

This stay was horrible. I paid for 2 nights (and the additional $20/night pet fee). We left at 4 am the first night because it was so bad. We didn't get to the room until around 10 pm. We both badly needed showers from the day's activities and a good night's sleep. The water was lukewarm at best. The faucet was unattached and barely hanging on. When I pushed down the plunger to stop the shower, it fell into about 6 pieces. My husband tried to put it back together so that he could shower, but didn't have the tools. They put us in another room which was worse than the first. The carpets were so dirty and it smelled like dirty socks. Two sets of unmatched curtains partially covered the window, but not enough for privacy. But the worst feature of all was the bed. You literally couldn't move so much as an inch without it creaking loudly, and the entire bed shook every time. It was literally making me feel like motion sickness. We never got a minute's sleep, so we packed up and left. I have NEVER left a review like this. All I ask for is cleanliness, safety and a good mattress. This place needs some care and it's not getting any.

No hot water in the room. Television didn’t work. Cleaners came in and took all of my food and drinks out of the refrigerator. Tried to talk to the office about it, but nobody was in the office after several attempts.

I’ve stayed at this motel several times while visiting my grandbaby. I’ve always loved it, it’s always been very easy to access and the front desk man has always been very easy to speak with. Unfortunately, this time I stayed more than one night. My husband and I stayed there for four days with almost 0 hot water. I spoke with the man at the desk and he told me to just “ turn the knob a little bit” as opposed to sending somebody to the room as I requested. It did not work, we did not have anything more than lukewarm water. On our second to last day, the toilet broke. Instead of sending someone to fix that they gave us instructions on how to pull the chain from the plug inside the toilet tank to flush the toilet. I was super disappointed. Unfortunately, we will have to be finding another place when I go down to see my grandbaby twice a month.

Nice host. Clean cheap room. Right next to a Cuban restaurant. So great location. No complaints here.
