This property was such an amazing find! The city of Kanab has such a magical, small town quality and this property is the perfect hub to be able to explore all that Kanab and the surrounding areas have to offer. We stayed with our family and it was the perfect space for us. Every amenity is taken care of and the design of the entire compound is absolutely amazing. The pool and barn area is wonderful and so are the roof top fire pits and patio areas. Additionally, the property managers have exceptional communication and made every effort to make our stay above and beyond. We are SO impressed and absolutely will be back. Highly recommend!

Clean - super clean. Service - excellent and extremely cooperative. Beautiful homes with sightseeing and relaxing deck on the roof. Beautiful area containing swimming pool, family fun areas, and beautiful landscaping. However, the first day the conditioning stopped working and couldn’t be repaired. Immediately our host interceded and upgraded us to a home in which to complete our stay. It was wonderful! Outstanding services and effort to make VRBO travelers welcome and cared for in Kanab.

Amazing property! Clean, quite, all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. We had some problems with the AC that were taken care of immediately. Will definitely stay again!

We value simple, clean and functional. This stay at Timber and Tin was exactly that. The hosts were welcoming and attentive and the property was unique and well designed and built. We will be back.

The folks behind this property really thought of everything... To begin with as you walk in you notice that it smells clean, that's because it is.. Spotless. Also the pool and rec area are charming and functional in every way. Modern amenities and speedy internet in every corner of the place as well as immaculately groomed grounds make things very easy.. Everything you need to know about the rental and area surrounding are documented in the binder. This place would be absolutely amazing for a family reunion or large gathering.. So awesome, great job Micah..

We stayed here to celebrate our 27th anniversary. The cottage was immaculate and spectacular! They had thought of every detail to make their guests feel right at home! We loved the hot tub after a long day of winter hiking! The views from the rooftop are amazing and each has its own firepit. We used this as a base camp to explore spooky and peek boo gulch, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, buckskin gulch, the Moqui sand cave, and even drove out to the south rim of grand canyon. We would rate 10/10! Definitely hope to come back in the future!!!

Timber and Tin is a fabulous place to stay. Close to several National parks and located iwithin walking distance to many restaurants and stores in Kanab. The owners are fantastic.. Each rental come with its own rooftop terrace and the hot tub and pool are perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and comfortable. The city was cute. There were some trails and caves nearby, but a trip to Zion from there takes a lot longer than you think. The only real disappointment is that we were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and there was a power outage in the entire county for hours and no estimate on when it would be back on. It was over 100 degrees with no A/C, no way to cook, no way to take my wife to dinner, etc. we couldn’t take the chance of no anniversary dinner so we had to book a room an 1 1/2 away to ensure dinner and A/C. It would only be fair for the owners to be compassionate towards and offer a partial refund, but sadly, that’s not the case
