Only food is good, proeprty is pretty old and need to be refurbished. During my stay out of 3 small lifts only 2 worked. You need to be standing in the bath tub for normal bath also, definitely a problem for senior people. Would not recommend.

Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent.

Don’t want your money. This property is being false advertised. May be when it first started it was a 5 star. Today I wouldn’t give it 5 star looking at the room condition. The rooms is not cleaned probably and they are not up keeping with maintaining around the room and property. I think the staff is wonderful but the property itself isn’t and so I am very disappointed with my stay. I check out after a day because I couldn’t stay in a dirty room.

Wry friendly staff and manager, but club level room had atrocious musty smell, clear black mold in the bathroom, and generally high humidity in the room.

Here they dont clean your room untill you tell them to. Likewise even the fitness centre is not cleaned and the used towels etc are not sent for washing/cleaning. They continue to lie there for days together (one day in my case)

The hotel has a fabulous location, lush green gardens around it, a great breakfast buffet, and on the whole - a great ambience as you enter. The view from the room was wonderful. The rooms however are tired and mediocre. The doors, closets, chairs, bathroom finishes, furniture all need an update. The chair in my room had stains on it that discouraged one from using it. With such a great location and building it’s time they did something to improve the rooms.
