This is a really nice property and lovely swimming pool options. Always seemed like a lack of staff particularly around breakfast time. The grounds are nice and great frontage to the river. An easy 10 mins walk to Kwai bridge makes this ideal for getting to that area. the staff weren't that friendly2, polite yes so would say hello but rarely servcie with a smile

Uncomfortable Experience
No pressure in the shower even after the maintenance said they fixed it. Breakfast was sub-par and the buffet was full of flies. The air conditioning in the room was not strong enough to keepthe room cool which made it difficult to sleep. Do everyone a favor and close this out- of -date hotel.

Great stay at River Kwai Hotel
It was an excellent location. Food good, service good and very helpful with our tour. Loved that they were having an ANZAC day Ceremony. Very respectful.

Very beautiful property and gorgeous river view room! Be prepared for lots of mosquitoes, spiders, and wall geckos in your room! The whole place was beautiful, lots of things to do:) We seemed to be the only people there, it gave a little bit of “White Lotus” vibes. There is a direct path to the Bridge over the River Kwai though! Although, you cannot use the path at night
