“It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. We travel to similar calibre hotels every month and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever been to and we wouldn’t recommend spending your money going here. “Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day”

“We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. ”

“There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. Not at all value for money. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating. The air conditioner in the room also started leaking.”

“This is a lovely venue and a beautiful town. We had two nights here. The first was in a large family room in the basement, which was a little bit musty. But it was spacious and I appreciated that. The next night we moved upstairs to two large rooms with en suite. They were much more comfortable and lovely views. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff were very helpful.”

“度假村离Elle这么远是没有想到的，据说在Hotels.com上标的是空中距离:-( 幸好入住那天一路暴雨，所以错过Elle所有的景点也没有什么遗憾。 酒店很偏僻，紧邻一大片农田，很有巴厘岛乌布的感觉，格外的亲近自然。 因为是生态酒店，一切以融入自然为主题，所以客房不免简单一点。休息区域都在室外，这也造成了一些不方便。 最值得大加赞赏的就是亲近自然。一早起来由向导带领，在度假村范围内观鸟，孔雀、大嘴犀鸟、野鸡随处可见，孔居然雀还跑到了我们居住的度假屋边。 入住当天好像只有我们一行5个客人，所以服务的自然非常好。 餐饮也不错，虽然没有什么特别惊艳，但非常好吃。餐后推荐我们吃了水牛酸奶冻，奶味十足，加上当地的枫糖，口味很好。”

“这个酒店是我们这次旅程中最难忘的酒店！当我们晚上7点到达时，发现酒店在山底下，要穿越3-4km的山路，而且要坐缆车下去！太惊险了！而女儿则兴奋得无法形容！早上起来一片光明，你发现你居然睡在森林的溪边，巨大的玻璃房，与森林融为一体！早上可以看见5-6只孔雀在树枝上求爱舞蹈！超棒的待客如宾的服务，虽然酒店只提供素食，但讲究的西餐礼遇，加上星空与篝火，伴着印度的音乐，确实是极致浪漫的！当然也要有思想准备：不要太晚到达酒店，不要依赖WIFI，不要总担心充电问题，不要荷求热水服务，就当来大自然寻求冒险与浪漫！”
