We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. "The office was closed when we arrived during the stated check in times, but we were able to ring the residence of the hotel manager. One of the rooms did not have towels, and the bed linens were not clean. The breakfast was superb! Overall, the place is very quaint and homey. "
