The place is calm and quiet, protected from surrounding properties by 6 to 7 feet tall wall. The house has five bedrooms with A/C, attached baths with hot water, and an open space on the top floor for relaxation. There is a kitchen with utensils. A caretaker is there continuously who will attend to your needs and will cook Sri Lankan foods if interested.
We can arrange your visits to any area within Sri Lanka.

It was awfully packed over the full moon weekend (would not recommend visiting during this period)! This pavilion-like structure at the front Paththirippuwa, or Octagon. It is a symbol of identity in Kandyan Architecture. In the olden days, the king would stand there to address his citizens who were gathered in front of him. The golden roof behind stands over the Buddha tooth relic that this temple is famous for.
