Villa MiLuMaMaNi is a charming family villa in the centre of Istria, just a short drive from the coastal town of Rovinj. The modern villa is divided into two floors. Everything is decorated in a very warm style and gives you a feeling of home. The villa has a total of 4 well-appointed bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The open ground floor consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cosy living room with a fireplace. The villa is very bright thanks to the large windows and doors.



From the living area, you have direct access to the fantastic outdoor area that will leave you speechless. The villa has a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and an additional fridge, which is the perfect place for a family gathering where you can prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill. Just a few steps away is a separate wellness area with a sauna. In front of the villa is a 40 m2 large pool where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days or take a soothing night swim under the bright starry sky.
