It’s about a 15 minute walk from the bullet train station so be mindful of that if you’re hauling around luggage, the sidewalks are not luggage friendly. I really appreciated the staff and their response to any questions or concern I had. They were prompt, polite and very helpful. The hotel itself had amenities that were great for our family.
