「Everything at this property went beyond my expectations. Absolutely amazing place and staff. Surendra is an outstanding manager and a host. He showed me around the property, and presented several rooms to choose to stay in. Rooms are very tasteful and elegant. Dinner was amazing - I had Lal Maas washed with a few glasses of Sula Shiraz. You can also unwind with a drink by the bonfire. They also have a stable and organise horse-riding trips - if only I had more time!! I cannot wait to be back!! 」

「The staff was very nice and did eveything to make my stay comfortable. The Rajasthani food is quite nice. However, having said that, the price per night is a bit steep. For the same amount, I have stayed at much more luxurious and better located properties. I think the per night rate is at least 30% higher than what it should be. All in all, I did have a pleasent stay at Koolwal Kothi」

「THE HOTEL WAS FILTHY DIRTY. WE WERE SHOWN 4 BEDROOMS AND HOTEL WAS EMPTY THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THEY BOILED WATER AND GAVE US IN BUCKETS. THANK GOD WE ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND DIDN'T INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST. THE HOTEL HAS LOVELY DESIGN AND HAS LOTS OF HISTORY SHAME THE OWNER IS NOT BOTHERED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.」

The workers should act more professionally if they want to attract international guests and not knock on guests doors and ask them repetitively if you can take them to Australia to work and getting different translaters when you don't like the answer.」
