Owner was wonderful, when we reached out not having instructions how to enter the property. House was clean but not attended to. Beds were slept in and unmade. Towels were on the floor in the bathroom. Property was so wonderful, eccentric, colorful, and very comfortable.

It was clean and cute!It is a great location to ride our side by side from into the Piute ATV trails. From drive way to mountain side. Beautiful sunsets! Would stay there again.

The house is cute and clean. Worth staying in. However, the Host did not communicate well. It was very difficult to reach him. He did not return messages. If you rent this property begin reaching out weeks in advance to confirm you touch base with him to get the checkin code to home and instructions for checkout.

Lack of communication

Sent 3 messages through VRBO for procedure for check-in/out. No response. Sent his phone a text. 5 hours later I get a response with the code for the door. No other info. No instructions on check-out. Text him in the morning and get a response 1hour and 40 minutes later. We were already gone. The place was old and worn out. The outside was worse.

Perfect location

If you are traveling to Zion National Park or Bryce Canyon, then this is the place for you. We had a blast staying here. We will be back in the future.

Great home, anticipated return.

Lovely home, well thought out. Layout allowed bedrooms quite isolated from common areas of home and a variety of seating/congregating areas. We spent our time exploring the area and anticipate staying again in the future.
