Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. Everything was great except the front desk wasn’t manned for about 10 min. The front desk clerk came from the kitchen/bar area. But he was polite and that was greatly appreciated.

Hotel Phillips Kansas City Curio Collection by Hilton
When I got there my air wasn’t working. But I was able to easily get ahold of the staff. They sent maintenance up and he took care of it asap for me. It worked perfectly the rest of my stay. Thank you for that. Also my room had a beautiful view of downtown!
