Literally the hotel from hell. Room was filthy broken furniture and roaches—many roaches. We removed the sheets to check cleanliness of mattress and found crunchy bugs around the mattress buttons.
This room was so terrible that I did not stay and I expect a full refund. This room was not fit for any human to stay in. This Motel should not even be listed on any site. Terrible!!
The place was a complete dump. Battub was stained and dirty, bed felt like it was ready to collapse when my wife and I sat on it. Entry door to the room looked like someone had tried to kick it in at sometime. Never again at this place.
I was shock to hell but have no choice to deny this relocated from the agent because it is midnight already.
I booked the good hotel but it was over book, so they relocated me to the other hotel which is make me scare to sleep. It has roaches spiders and bed bug. It was horrible.

Honestly, I’ve never seen in my life of how rude I got there. The staff said that they were not able to clean the rooms on time. So we didn’t even have a double bed room. The outside was not safe full of homeless people and schizophrenia people. I had to argue with The staff of Need a safe place for my children. When we received the room, the drawers and marijuana seeds and cigarette seeds inside there. The bathroom seems like from the scene of the shining where the grandma was in the bathtub. There’s flies and cockroaches in there.
The place is bug infested and worn down. They have mixed clientele from drug users to hookers and it smells. The place is in a unfinished state and needs a lot of repairs everywhere and they need to hire a cleaning crew. The fire alarms needed replaced and I informed the night and morning crew of this without it being replaced and the time we stayed no one came around to clean or replace towels it was not a good experience and I had to move rooms the firs time I got there because of the beds having a wet spot on them and bugs on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Just to be moved into another room where they started crawling around. And the nails on the bed were showing and the outlets did not work properly.
I was a little dismayed by the condition of the property when I drove up. I was given room 222. When I opened the door I was greeted by a stench. Most of the lights didn't work. The bed was unmade, the carpet was dirty, the sink was filled to the brim with a brown liquid, there was a puddle on the floor, the bathroom door was broken in and had a fist sized hole in it. The bathroom was filthy. There were no towels, washcloths, soaps or anything. The room was unfit for human habitation and I wouldn't even have let my dog sleep there. I immediately returned my key, told the attendant the room was unfit and left. These are the kindest words I could find to describe this property.
Don’t have why this kind of hotel exists it was in pretty bad shape only stay there for less then a hour after that run away I decided to loose the money that I paid for it😡
Dead bugs and cigarette butts in the room was just the tip of this crap iceberg motel. Not having a real room reserved with a reputable hotel chain while driving cross country during Memorial Day weekend was a big mistake. Live and learn.
Booked the hotel then when I got to the there, I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was filthy and the bed was broken. I checked out immediately. Very disappointing
There was shouting outside my door for a good chunck of the night. The room looked like it was still in construction and the check in took way longer than it needed to.
