"Well, let’s see it started out with the fact that nerve that the hotel did not accept cash that was not cool. When we finally got that issue figured out, we went into the room it smelled funky the carpets were dirty, the shower curtain rod had pulled loose from the wall actually someone who ripped out a molly, bolt that held it, the faucet for the bathtub ran all night . "

"Our clerk was great at customer service. She was very busy but kept a calm and pleasant attitude. We had to change rooms because the ac was down in our room and she didn't hesitate to do so which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed at that made this kind of thing seem like a major inconvenience."
