- Perfect location, in a cozy and modern unit! This apartment has an amazing downtown luxury feeling as well as key amenities like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and paid garage parking available✔ open layout one-bedroom apartment Center of downtown, with a street car right outside. CVS convenience store right outside. For transportation, we recommend the free KC Streetcar that stops right outside the apartment building, or Uber.
We require renters to be 21 years old or older.

Lost key cards are a $100 replacement fee.

Very cool place in a great location!
My wife and I got away for a long weekend and this was the perfect spot! A really cool space to hang out and the perfect location to grab a streetcar ride to River Market, Power & Light, and Union Station. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our weekend (went to a show at midland theater). The noise from the street was not something we are accustomed to and the earplugs the host provided were appreciated.

Had a great stay at this location. It was right off Main Street with easy access to the Tram. We loved the convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the apartment complex, and the host was wonderful in communicating everything from check-in to check-out!

The apartment was very clean and so is the outside area. The host has a list on how to check in and it was quite confusing, it mentions using the front desk to help get into the garage but they never answer their ringer it seems. Once in and past the check in part the actual apartment was nice and clean, AC cannot go over 75 and does not cool down past 70 so it was a little toasty in there.

It would have been nice to have 2 keys/passes for the building and apartment. I was with my son and it was inconvenient for us. We were at a conference with different schedules and had to coordinate which was not always easy.
