We had a reunion of friends traveling to see the Mets play at Kauffman field. This house was perfect for us. It gave us plenty of room to spread out, a big common area where we could all hang out together and lots to do while we were at the house. It was the perfect location very convenient to both the airport, the stadium and downtown Kansas City where we also enjoyed some outstanding barbecue. Our hosts were extremely gracious, communication was open and easy and the entire process was a pleasure. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Kansas City area. It is great for families and large groups. Thank you again to our hosts.

KC Flagship - Great place for a large family gathering with plenty of space both in and outdoors

This was a great property for a family get together. Great outdoor area for gathering a large family with plenty of parking and seating. The weather was nice so most of out time was spent outdoors. Several family members were local to KC but several flew in from out of town, so the close proximity to the airport made for easy pick-up an commute. Very close to downtown KC for a quick trip into the city to see the sights.Brandon was very responsive to any questions I had,

Excellent bachelor weekend!

Stayed two nights with 8 good friends and family members for my bachelor party, I would highly recommend! Excellent amenities, the garage converted into a game room was a blast. Location is very close to all downtown attractions!

Family Reunion

10 adult family members came to stay for a reunion. We chose Kansas City as we all live in different states. We came from Iowa, Arkansas, Colorado and Hawaii. This was a perfect location and the house was perfect for our agenda which was to get together and have fun. The property, with the ability to be outside and not have other property right next to us and still close to the stores we needed ,were perfect. We do not have any complaints and would be ready to use this property again. Bev H

Family getaway

We had a great stay at NKC retreat. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite area was the back patio with games, firepit and lots of privacy - there was even deer wandering by one night. The host was great and extremely responsive to questions and the location is great for the things we had planned. Thank you for the hospitality.

Perfect Location and accommodations for family, grandkids, and two great grandkids from Phoenix! Went to worlds of fun, fun, oceans of fun Royals game, power light, Legoland and World War II museum! Only thing didn’t realize no bath in basement , but it all worked out!

very nice property

nice property, plenty of room. But felt the extra fees were ridiculous. Extra fees for 8 people even though sleeps 14, extra fee for changing the date from a Saturday check in to Friday check in. Extra fee for guest coming over for a gathering for the trash that I had to take out. Shame on me first time with VRBO.

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family gathering, along with the large back yard. That was awesome for an Easter Egg hunt. Even though it is located next to the interstate, that did not bother us one bit. The location is actually fabulous because it did not feel like you were in the city. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would gladly stay at this location again.

Great experience

The host was 10/10! They reached out and made sure we were satisfied with the house as we settled in for our stay! Also they made sure we knew we could contact them if we needed anything! The house was very nice and an updated modern home! My group consisted of 16 men and the house met our needs. I would 100% recommend staying here!!!

Perfect Home Base

This was the perfect location for a group of work colleagues traveling in for meetings. Spacious enough for 6 adults to be comfortable and afford privacy. Instructions for all amenities were super straightforward and we appreciated all the notes and labeling that made locating things like light switches or kitchen accessories easy.
