Summary:

1 BR/ 1BA LOFT -Building is registered with the National Historic Registry. Beautiful old architectural details preserved with modern conveniences. Located in the heart of downtown KC- blocks from Convention Center, Sprint Center, Power & Light District & everything downtown has to offer! Loft is brand new- all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit, all new electrical, AC and plumbing. You will have access to gym and rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown!



The Space:

Interior of building has been completely overhauled with new electrical, plumbing, wiring, ac/heating and all the modern conveniences at the same time historic architectural details left in place! Exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings etc.

The Neighborhood:

Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium.



Getting Around:

If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:

1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7am-6pm. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay listed on the sign. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.

2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.

3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.



Other Things to Note:

Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer etc! We also offer free Wi-Fi!

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect instructions on check in, check out and parking. Great location and super clean place. The bed was extremely comfy. Accessed the roof top and hung out and watched a beautiful sunset. Definitely would recommend! Kansas City did not disappoint! World War I museum is a must!

Fantastic place and location!

Best rental we’ve stayed at. Olivia was very responsive (every time within 5 min), offered us early check in and late check out since our flight got in early and then departed late. Loft was as advertised, very trendy looking place. Walkable to a ton of restaurants and the KC Streetcar. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to KC.

The condo/loft was close to everything. Just minutes away from the crown center and lots of restaurants. The stay was very comfortable. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had one very minor issue that was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely stay again and will highly recommend.

Great location!

We were in town for a concert. Having never been to Kansas City before we took a chance on this location. It was within walking distance of the venue as well as many great places to eat! We truly enjoyed our stay! One downfall of the location is that the city lights and noises can make it a little difficult to sleep. Despite that I would definitely stay again :)

Quick night out

Everything was fabulous and as advertised!! Great location in downtown KC on the block with some great restaurants and bars or an easy tram ride to other entertainment centers. Cool and cozy vibe in a historic building. A updated, modern loft feeling with warm ambiance. Super comfy bed, stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well prepared, easy checkin, beautiful space, great location! Two important things to note if you stay here: you can hear everything outside the loft- hallway chatter and all the city sounds (I loved it but some people might not). Also, free street parking was tough to find so we did end up paying $10 per 24 hours. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great location & condo! Everything was perfect. Communication with the owners/management was also great as well. My only very small gripe is the bed is a little soft for me but i'm a stomach sleeper and that's generally the case for me at ANY vrbo. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO!

Perfect Location!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property to go to the Jason Aldean concert at the T-Mobil center. It was the perfect location given it was only about a 15 minute walk. I also loved the property itself because of how clean it was when we arrived and the urban vibes. The host was also very helpful with all the questions I had and responded in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend.

A wonderful week

Loft 203 was beautiful. The loft was sparkling clean. The building was very secure. All amenities were exactly as described. It was only a short walk to the convention center and many restaurants. Management was very responsive when there was an issue with the AC, taking care of this even though it happened on the weekend. We will not hesitate to book this venue again if we go back to Kansas City. A wonderful place to stay.

Excellent location, spotless rental with the comfort if home

I rented the unit for a girls weekend with my best friend. The location is awesome. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We ordered food in a couple of times (lots of options) and made meals in the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need to prepare meals. Lots of towels and really comfortable bed linens made my stay extra relaxing. The cleanliness of the property and unit exceeds any other short term rental I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.
