The front person at check I. Was on the phone for about 15 minutes before acknowledging us. Then they put their personal phone down and pick out it I the counter for another three minutes to check on his text. After that time past he finally stated how can I help you? Room was clean. Shower head was spraying erratically all over the entire washroom got sprayed. Overall property was just okay for a night sleep.

Great property, nice rooms, simple breakfast. Only advice I would give is to let guest know if the pool is not available on the Hotel.com website, it’s misleading for travelers expecting their young children to enjoy the pool.

We weren't expecting the Ritz, but we WERE expecting a clean and comfortable room. Instead, we got a room that smelled so heavily of mold/mildew that it was almost unbearable. My clothes still smell of it and we checked out multiple hours ago. Also, one side of the bed frame was so messed up that just sitting down on the side of the bed caused it to make a grinding squealing sound like the gates of hell. Every time I rolled over, there was the sound, all night long. Let's just say our sleep wasn't very good. Couldn't wait to check out.
