"Breakfast was fine. Staff excellent. Bed was supposed to be queen size but was smaller than standard queen. And the mattress in our room was not CK gift able- room 106. Our major complaint was that no one told us the rooms are only done up every other day. Yes, there was a tiny print sticker on the bathroom mirror which was barely legible and only read after-the-fact. To make your guests experiences better, staff should tell us at registration. Also, no perks given for being a Hilton member. "

"Breakfast was not great. Very limited. Cereal was stale. I did not have towels in my room. Had to ask twice. Did not get them the first night, or even by the next morning. Had to wait until the second night. Internet did not work. No table or desk area. Microwave was on the dresser if you can even call it that, and was situated right in front of the tv. Moved the microwave to the floor to try the tv, barely got any channels. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. AC did not look the cleanest. Was missing a cover. Not a great hotel, but was cheap for the area. "

"Easy check in. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy off-street parking. Comfortable, clean room with all the basic necessities along with a comfortable bed. I liked the pillows but my spouse prefers fluffier. So if you have a special pillow preference and you can travel with your pillow - do it. Breakfast was decent but could be a little crowded because of the layout—which in my experience is typical for a downtown hotel. Check out was also easy and no hassle. Would definitely stay again!"

"Went to a wedding and didn't realize they had a wedding rate. I had already booked with you and the hotel said I should have booked directly. Wish Expedia would honor the rate!"

"It was a great time, my granddaughter had the best time and that's what's important. Build a bear great staff and very helpful but should have been more clear about the fee bear with the paw passes! Food prices a bit high but not bad enough wouldn't stay again. "
