No washcloths nor hand towels provided. 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 6 days!?TV was a communication nightmare all week long. Stink bugs were found nearly daily in upstairs bedrooms. Description of property did not indicate that both bedrooms and the only (tiny) bathroom were up steep stairs. Navigating steep stairs from the garage to the kitchen was required for entrance. This would NOT be a locale for anyone over 50 to lease (let alone my wife and I - each nearing 80).

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy.

Great house in a great spot!

This house was perfect for us! We were attending an event at the convention center and this house was only a short drive away. It's also down the street from a Minsky's pizza, which we love! Jim is a great host. We would definitely rent from him again!

Was a pleasure of things reminiscent

Decor was sweet and antique, so we enjoyed it! There are a lot of stairs but we elderly handled it fine! The bed / mattress was amazing and so were the linens and bedroom decor! It was nice and homey! Would keep it on my list for return stay!
