Excellent stay in a beautiful mid-town house
Highly recommend. This house is ideal for a larger party (we had 7). It was super clean and well appointed. The large dining room table fit nine for games and meals. The host was very responsive through the whole process including when our Internet went down briefly. Bonus - full one bedroom apartment at the top provides an extra bath and kitchen as well as a bed. The neighborhood is typical for mid-town, rough around the edges in spots but close to downtown, the Plaza, and stadiums.

Friend group celebrating a birthday
Great location; we walked to Westport bars and restaurants. Only gave 4 stars because area is questionable at night to walk. Coffee bar is excellent. Plenty of hot water for 6 adults to shower. Good towels, sheets, beds, bedding. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen has a great setup for cooking, dining room table accommodates large group nicely. Need to get rock glasses for the bar, otherwise nice bar setup. Porch furniture would be a nice touch; it was a nice day to sit outside and that appears to be the only place to gather outside. (It might have been a little early to set out.) Check 3rd floor air filter; needs attention

Nice roomy home in the heart of KC. Very convenient to everything. Clean and well maintained with good amenities. Good parking area behind the house out of sight from the street. Felt very safe and comfortable in the home.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hanover Place with Cozy in KC. The location was perfect for everything we had planned on our trip! The Host Kristen was always fast to respond to any questions I had. The kids loved the house and didn't want to leave and already have asked when we can go back. Would recommend staying at this home!
