"The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation."

Bad food service
"There is an on site restaurant available. It was actually the only part of our stay that was disappointing. The food came out all at once instead of each course being staggered and the manager just took it back 'to keep it warm'. Who does that in a high end restaurant setting?"
