"Wonderful vacation. My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar ..."

"Unico was very clean and quite property. The food and the drinks were excellent. All staff were friendly. Our concierge, Eduardo, was kind and checked in on us daily. He answered any questions we had without delay. This is definitely more of a stay at the resort and chill at the pool kind of place. ..."

"We had an awesome time this July 2025 at the Grand Palladium resort. Special thanks to our butlers, Karen & Max in Family Section Villa 50. They made sure we had the best experience every day! Will definitely visit again!"
