"The hotel was well positioned in a lively area. They kept my bags until check-in time allowing me to explore. Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "

"Excellent hotel. Great place to stay. Rooms are quite compact but lovely and clean. Great shower and bath too. We had the lounge pass included which wasn’t explained by Expedia when we booked. This gives you unlimited hot/cold and a range of alcoholic drinks. Also snacks which went from nuts to danish pastries. This was a real boon as we had coffee and pastries each morning from 9.30 then good to go for the day. Also good for a drink early evening. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. "
