Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 20V1, a luxurious 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo that can accommodate 4 guests and is located in the prestigious Kapalua resort, offering the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking natural beauty. As you enter the villa, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed living area that exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The living room is furnished with a Queen sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for your guests. Large sliding glass doors open onto an expansive lanai, where you'll be treated to stunning ocean views. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the spectacular sunsets over the Pacific. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring updated appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for a day of adventure or creating a gourmet dinner to enjoy in the comfort of your villa, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. The adjacent dining area provides a cozy setting for meals, with ample seating for everyone. Stay cool and comfortable with the villa's central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment throughout your stay. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat offering a luxurious California King size bed for a restful night's sleep. The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

Beautiful view!

This was our third stay at Kapalua Golf Villas, second stay in this unit. Spacious and comfortable, with a great ocean view. The complex is very well maintained and very quiet. Close to many of our favorite beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
