Beautifully perfect!
B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. Owners were outstanding. Thanks Paul!

Hidden treasure
Great location, fantastic condo with views of the ocean along the side of the balcony. Super nice pool area with reasonably priced bar, live music right off of the beach. The beach area is well maintained and snorkeling is fun near the rocks. We played golf several times at the country club style course across the street. Finally, the Host is first class.

We never wanted to leave
We loved our stay here so much. The property of the villas itself was meticulous and far exceeded expectations. We went in early Feb and the pools were quiet. We loved the boardwalk that ran right outside the villas along the ocean and my son ran there every day. As for the villa itself, it was as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the boogie board, cooler and sand toys. We didn’t realize how amazing the coves would be for our young children and we enjoyed playing in the sand and water with no worries of under currents. One day we visited secret cove and our kids actually swam with turtles which was amazing. A couple of things I would note. I don’t feel the pictures of the view are completely accurate and would love to see them updated in the listing. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view if you look to the left (and we certainly enjoyed this). But the direct view out the patio windows looks directly at Aulani. It is still a beautiful view, but I feel like the pictures didn’t portray it accurately. After arriving, I even went back to the listing to see if I had missed some photos - I had not. Second, at some VRBOs we’ve stayed at, the kitchen has been stocked with some basics - sandwich bags and food wrap, oil, tea, etc. While this unit is very well stocked in terms of appliances and tools, you will need to buy or bring everything else. Not a big deal, but something to note. Overall; would definitely recommend a 100 times over.

Great Vacation
This was one of the best vacations we have had. The location is perfect and you can walk to almost every restaurant and to the golf course. The condo was very well maintained and clean. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Must Stay!
This property is amazing. Great view, beautiful area and surroundings, and the best cove to stay on. Ko Olina is a beautiful part of the island, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Enjoy a beautiful beach walk, walk a few blocks to a few local shops and places to eat, or walk across the street to golf. Quick ride from the airport. We loved our stay so much, we extended it a few days with no issues. 10/10 would recommend this condo and part of the island again.

Ideal in Every Way
We were greeted before we even reached the villa, with staff from the villas reaching out to us to ensure we knew how to get there and whether or not we could check in a bit early. The location is perfect, especially for families like us, who were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. This villa unit is on the 10th floor of an 11-story building and is right off of the elevator (but you don’t hear it at all) so it’s super convenient. The villa has an unbeatable view of the sunset every night. It has everything you could want in a home away from home- it seems like any need you might have us already been met! It’s gorgeous inside and out. Both rooms have a nice view too! The villa property itself is well-maintained and has multiple jacuzzis, pool areas, as well as a pebble beach pool perfect for younger kids or non-swimmers. There is a bar with live music and a koi pond where kids can feed the fish. The lagoon in front of the property is always the least-crowded lagoon. Other lagoons have more resorts on it and/or more people in general. There is a great walk down all of the lagoons and you are in walking distance of turtles and regular monk seal sightings. It was the ideal stay for our Oahu vacation!

Ko Olin’s Beach Condos
Very nice property, fantastic safe beach, Condo was great, very nice appliances and nice and quiet. Rob, the Beach umbrella guy and Canoe tour guy was the highlight of the trip. Make sure you see him on the beach, A wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful.

This was the absolutely best accommodation I could have ever asked for for a family vacation. The most spectacular views. The room was very comfortable, large, clean and had everything we could have asked for. There was 3 adults and 2 children under 12 and over 7. Lots of activities for all. One senior with mobility issues and we had no problems with accessibility.

Anniversary celebration
I could not say enough about this beautiful condo! My family and I stayed here for 6 glorious nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The set up was just what we were looking for. My husband and I had our part of the condo and my daughters (16 & 20) had theirs. Perfectly equipped kitchen (that we actually used). Costco and Target are up the road so we stocked up and it felt like we were home. The view was breath taking! I wanted to enjoy my cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and I did .. everyone morning! Out of all the coves in this area, the one outside the Beach Villas is by far the best. The one thing to keep in mind is that the beaches are not private and locals frequent this area. So if you are looking for a nice spot under a tree for shade - get out there early. There is a cute shopping plaza walking distance where you can find Monkey Pod, Eggs & Things , Starbucks (re-opening soon) and a great Island Market place that has everything- Food/ Toiletries/ clothing/ gifts / liquor/ etc. The Marriot is next door and also has a few good restaurants, as well as the Aulani (we stayed there last 3 nights and missed our Villa).The condo's parking is a bit tight. Our rental was a Pacifica mini van and we struggled with our spot - very tight. Great washer & dryer- went back home with most of our clothes washed! We will definitely be back and have already told our families about it! Mahalo Beach Villas for the best vacation we have had in while!!!

Our favorite spot in Oahu!
Ko’ Olina Beach Villas are an amazing place to stay when visiting Oahu, and this unit is fantastic! We stayed in the very same unit 10 years ago and it’s just as nice now. Super clean!! Communication with Paul was prompt and easy!! Loved the mornings and evenings on the lanai. The space was perfect for us and our friends. The beach is gorgeous and so relaxing. One thing to note- there are no umbrellas allowed anymore on the beach. But there is a fabulous service available with really nice lounge chairs and an anchored umbrella through Royal Hawaiian Beach Services. It was an extra expense, but totally worth it! Overall, perfect spot and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Oahu.

Perfect Cove Paradise
We loved staying in Ko Olina. This property was nestled between a couple of resorts which we felt made it less crowded and less mainstream. We found great restaurants in the area and certainly many spots for provisions if cooking on site. Heading into Honolulu was challenging the couple of times we left to hit Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Diamondhead due to traffic (which doubled the drive time). Otherwise, the North Shore activities were very reasonable for car travel. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in this condo for over a week and it was hard to leave. The lanai is the perfect location to watch the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked for your cooking needs. Comfortable beds. More than enough space for two couples. Paul was very quick to respond to all my questions. The grounds and shared common areas are kept in immaculate condition. Great fammily stay
From the first “wow” moment walking into the place to the last sad photo on the lanai, we had a perfect weeklong vacation. Plenty to do and nice enough to kick back and relax when we were tired. We liked the homey feel to it, cooking when we wanted and washing clothes up, it was a very relaxing stay. Paul was great on helping us get in and get acquainted with the local staff. We loved the aloha and smile coming into the Ko’Olina resort area. Couldn’t ask for more.

Best Stay Ever
This was the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The location is fantastic, the rental is spectacular and the communication with the owner was immediate and always helpful. This is the best lagoon in Ko Olina (less people than the other 3) and this rental has the ideal view (high up, beach tower, on the west side so you get sunset views every night). Great, modern and comfortable accommodations throughout the rental and wonderful facilities (pools, gym, beachside bar) in the complex. Free onsite parking space, although excellent restaurants and stores are easily walkable. The owner, Paul, responded almost immediately to every question I had and always had helpful suggestions. The rental had everything you need (washer/dryer; amazing kitchen; excellent WiFi; etc.). I can't wait to return as this is the best VRBO rental we have ever had anywhere.

Amazing, clean property in a beautiful area. The lagoons are perfect for swimming with some small waves to keep fresh water moving in. Michael was very wecoming and helpful during check-in. The villa is within walking distance to an Island Country Market, restaurant and Coffee/smoothie shop. Costco and Target about 5 miles by car in Kapolei.

Another Great Visit to the Island
Property is great. exactly as featured in Pics. Directions to property are great, Michael met us at the desk and took us up and oriented us to all in the condo. the view is exceptional, always a breeze, and we kept the Lanai doors almost always open. The whole north side of the living room opens up into the beach view. Sunsets every night, beautiful, from the Lanai or the Lagoons. Easy to find attractions. the island is not huge, and the condo was a great center point for our travels to the North Shore, The Polynesian Cultural center, and all of the Pearl Harbor attractions. We stocked up on groceries in Kapolei, just a few minutes away. The resort has beautiful walking trails along the lagoons, the sand is groomed every day, and the folks are super nice. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had to wear masks indoors, but not a big deal. All indoor activity on the Island required masks, but that should go away on March 28th. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Upon arrival, Micheal met us and kindly showed us around the condo. There was a thoughtful welcome basket on the counter for us. The unit was very clean, well stocked and beautiful. Absolutely perfect the property is gorgeous. Views of the sunsets unparalleled. The property sits on one of the lagoons in a wonderful and (surprisingly!) quiet spot. Amazing!
We stayed for a week at this property, and it was perfect. It was my husband and I with our 4 teen/young adult kids. My brother and sister also rented condominiums at this property and I have to say that this was my favorite of the 3 units. The views were spectacular. The unit itself had everything we needed including boogie boards and snorkels for the lagoon. We also visited 2 of the neighboring properties and this was the best of the 3. This property is FAR less crowded which made time at the lagoon, the gym, the bar very enjoyable. The wind dislocated one of the sun shades and we couldn’t get ahold of Michael the property manager, but the front desk followed up on our request and put in a maintenance request immediately. There are obviously multiple layers in place to ensure that customers are happy. Prior to our visit, I emailed the property owner with some questions and he was very responsive and courteous. I can’t recommend this property enough, and if I could’ve stayed longer I definitely would have!

A Room With a View!
Paul's Beach Tower condominium is a great choice. I perused many KoOlina condos, and am so glad I chose his. It is on the 10th floor and offers tremendous views. It is in a quiet location of the tower and has an easily accessible parking space in the parking garage. It is equipped with all the amenities you need in the kitchen and although we did not have babies, I noticed the closet was full of baby items. The agent that greets you on your arrival is very helpful. Upon arrival the condo had all blinds open and lights on which was beautiful, but made it a bit hot. We were gone everyday and realized if we left the blinds down, the condo was completely comfortable when we returned in the evening. Do yourself a favor and stay in this beautiful unit. Paul is great to work with and responds very quickly

Great Vacation with friends!
Five adults friends came to celebrate my twin and my Birthday. We drove around the island a lot but enjoyed every second of our stay at Ko' Olina. The lanai (balcony) was heaven and we enjoyed the breezes throughout the house. We liked the lagoons. The provided beach chairs and cooler and beach towels were such a great convenient touch! We saw a turtle in the water at the lagoon in front of our Beach villa and we enjoyed snorkeling as the lagoon has some easy access deeper areas. We felt safe and so relaxed. We enjoyed so much coffee, thanks to Michael for letting us use a coffee grinder, and the tour, and showing us how everything works! We really appreciate all you did for us!! Great Location and View
We have been staying in various units at the KoOlina Beach Villas for the last 8 years. Paul was very easy to work with and there is a local property manager, Michael, that is very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean, updated, and had a wonderful view. It is a great location by the elevator but not too close to it (not disturbed by sound but easy to lug beach stuff). The parking spots (there are 2) for this unit are very convenient to the entrance to the parking deck elevators. That was SO nice. I will definitely be staying in this condo again!

Best winter month ever
Wonderful property and amazing host! There is everything you need for a great vacation, especially with kids! Those lagoons are perfect and almost waveless. Several stores including Costco and a 10 min drive proximity.

Great View, Great Complex, Great Stay!
This property is everything it says it is. I thought it was beachfront as a penthouse but it is a penthouse facing the Disney property to the North. You absolutely see the ocean and sunset from your lanai and the unit is spectacular! The Ko Olina Resort Complex has what we think everything you need in a vacation spot. Golf, Restaurants, bikes, walking paths, Marina, Restaurants, etc. etc. If we had a wish list we would request a long beach to walk which this area does not have available. The Lagoons are great for swimming and certainly for kids but we do enjoy walking the long sugar sand beaches of Hawaii. Welll isn't that what your rental car is for!! This is a special place and this is a honest review of what we thought the our expectations were not hit perfectly. We have found there is nothing perfect in life and this place is a good as it gets for a vacation on Oahu!

Great place to stay with awesome views. Condo is well equipped with amenities for a family of 4. Parking was in compact car location but no issues parking our SUV since no one was assigned to the adjacent space. Everyone practiced social distancing and wore masks.

My family of 6 just got home from 8 days of luxurious paradise. This condo well surpassed our expectations. It is EXACTLY as described and even better in person (which is rare). From the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right decision booking Paul’s condo. Everything is super clean and top of the line. We did a lot of cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Most of our time was spent on the beautiful lanai with the doors wide open (best feature ever). The pools were perfect - (family, quiet, and kiddo). The staff in the lobby was super professional and pleasant. The resort is well maintained and extremely clean. We never had any incidents with a lack of social distancing. It was a very relaxing vacation (which is not the normal with our family of 6). The night before we left, everyone talked about our favorite thing, moments and activities. We have (2) 16 yo boys and 2 adult children. The comments were: best vacation ever, most relaxing vacation, the lanai is the best ever, when can we come back and can we stay longer and not go home yet? Paul should win an award for best host EVER. Our family travels everywhere - Italy, London, Ireland, France, Germany, Scotland, Canada, 35 of the 50 states. Travel is our way to make memories with our children. This was hands-down the best vacation. We didn’t do many activities and I think that ended up being a great part of it. Relaxing in the condo, the pools at the resort, the lagoon, the paths for walking the entire length of the 4 resorts and marina were fantastic. Paul and the condo are definitely cream of the crop. If I could rate them a 100, I would! We can’t wait to stay again! We have been a Waikiki family for over 10 years. We have officially switched to a Ko ‘Olina family. Best Vacation Ever! Paul, you are such a sweet & kind owner that takes a lot of pride in your property and it shows. From the moment I reached out, I knew I had found the host and property for us. You made our stay exceptional. I can’t think of enough adjectives for the property. We were blown away! It was simply amazing. Thank you for everything ❤️

Paul’s place is outstanding! It’s clean, comfortable and spacious. The lanai has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved drinking coffee out there during the sunrise & Mai Tai’s during the sunsets. The multiple pools and hot tubs are amazing. My kids loved feeding the koi fish in the mornings and afternoons. Paul had plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, snorkels & fins, etc. It made our beach days a breeze. Having a designated underground parking spot was a plus. There were also bikes to rent across the street by the golf course. However, everything in KoOlina is walkable. There wax also cable tv which is a big plus because we like watching the local news when we travel. Out of all the vacation rentals we have ever stayed in, this was our favorite. Thanks Paul for the excellent communication and stay. We will be back!

Outstanding Property
Our two week stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina was superb. The unit we rented was 100% as advertised; excellent appliances; well laid out; very functional; my only suggestion might be that the bed in the master bedroom is a bit beyond is expected life and is ready for retirement. All the staff at the property were excellent.

Perfect family getaway
Overall wonderful property and exactly as advertised. Would most definitely recommend it and the area is fantastic for young children. Only thing I’d suggest is bringing your own snorkel gear if you are interested in doing a lot of snorkeling around the island...the set at the unit is a bit dated. Also the beach umbrellas are both bent but still technically functional. Overall great stay.
