This beautiful, bright holiday apartment with its 56 m 2 is located on the 2nd floor of the harbour promenade directly in the first row to the water and offers you with its exclusive furnishings and equipment the cosy atmosphere for your luxury holiday. The location is perfect, central but quiet, right on the harbour promenade with short distances to shopping and the best opportunities for strolling. The holiday apartment also impresses with the successful spatial combination of the modern, fully equipped kitchenette and the exclusive living area. Here you will find a highboard with TV, leather couch with long chair, which can be easily converted into an additional bed (120 x 200 cm). A cosy armchair invites you to relax and many other accessories offer you plenty of opportunities to feel at home.



The beautiful bathroom has a modern, floor-level shower, a washbasin with vanity unit and a large mirror.



You will find restful sleep in the cosy bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Wall-mounted TV, wardrobe and other fine components complete the sleeping area.



From the balcony, with its modern outdoor furniture, you can watch the entire sailing and sports boat area up to the lighthouse of the Schleimündung estuary and experience and enjoy the Baltic Sea harbour flair. The holiday apartment can be easily reached via a lift from the nearby separate car park.
