Awesome home in Olpenitz with sauna

Situated on the Captain's Island of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, the detached holiday home Sunshine scores with its central waterfront location directly at the harbour entrance to the sailing and sports boat harbour. The large Weidefelder sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away and the harbour promenade is also in the immediate vicinity. The terrace lives up to the name of the house, while a private garden invites you to sunbathe and linger.



The lovely furnishings include a handcart and beach utensils for a trip to the beach. The private wellness area, underfloor heating and wood-burning stove ensure cosy comfort all year round.



The living and dining area on the ground floor of the holiday home is flooded with light and has an adjoining terrace with a view over the marina. Whether sunbathing on the sun lounger, having a barbecue together or reading while enjoying the harbour cinema with passing sailing and sports boats, maritime flair is guaranteed with Sunshine. The cosy seating area invites you to spend a romantic evening by the fire in the Nordic weather. Board games and books also provide entertainment in Baltic Sea weather.



The extensive kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be prepared here. The 75 litre freezer provides additional convenience and storage space, e.g. for fish you have caught yourself. In addition to the filter coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine.



The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms, each equipped with a high-quality box-spring double bed, offer space for four people to sleep and dream, while one bedroom is furnished with a desk and desk chair for home office options. The master bedroom offers a fantastic view over the sailing and sports boat harbour and the entrance to the Baltic Sea. Who wants to count sheep when you can count boats? Both bedrooms can be darkened and have a flatscreen TV.



There are two additional beds on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.



The living/dining area has electric external blinds and is therefore fully equipped with privacy protection and can be darkened. The whole house is equipped with insect screens.



Of course, a baby traveller is also welcome, with a travel cot and high chair available.



The fully equipped bathroom is located on the first floor. An oasis of well-being awaits guests here with a whirlpool bath and infrared cabin. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.



There are two car parking spaces and a bicycle shed in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: enjoying the sunshine on the wonderful terrace and watching the sailing boats pass by as they enter the harbour. Holiday!



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
