If you're travelling by car, you'll find a parking space right at the entrance to the jetty. From there, it is only a few metres to your holiday home. If you're travelling by boat, it's even more convenient, as the BELUGA has its own boat mooring right next to the house. More sea is not possible!



When you enter your holiday home, you will find yourself in the relaxation and wellness area. Here you will find the bathroom with sauna opposite and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom not only impresses with its floor-to-ceiling windows, but also with its simple and elegant design furnishings by BoConcept. There is also access to the surrounding terrace. Fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water! And if you do want to watch something else, there is a TV to keep you entertained. The second bedroom also has a TV, so there's plenty of entertainment for younger guests.

The style of the Scandinavian design furniture continues on the first floor. An open, well-equipped kitchen awaits you, complemented by the marble table in the dining area, as well as an elegant and cosy adjoining living area. The furnishings here also leave nothing to be desired and there is also a TV so that you don't completely lose touch with the real world. The living area is also surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and offers access to the terrace. Here you can relax in the comfortable lounge furniture and fire up the electric barbecue when you get hungry.



The highlight of the BELUGA is undoubtedly the roof terrace, which you can reach via an external staircase. An overwhelming panoramic view over endless water and infinity will leave you speechless at first glance. And to make sure you can enjoy it as long and relaxed as possible, there are two sun loungers and a luxurious beach chair at your disposal.



Our favourite spot: Sitting on the roof terrace in a beach chair enjoying the sunset and the endless expanse, perhaps with a glass of wine and a spoonful of caviar in your hand.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
