From here, you can prepare meals together, spend cosy evenings or simply enjoy the view of the surroundings.

You'll get your money's worth here, even in the cold Nordic weather. Make yourself comfortable on the spacious sofa and decide whether you want to be entertained by the Smart TV or simply listen to the crackling fire in the fireplace.



Adjacent to the living area is one of the highlights of the flat, the large terrace with a side view of the harbour basin. Watching the hustle and bustle of the harbour in the morning with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening sounds like a holiday!



The flat has two bedrooms, ideal for families or small groups of friends. Each room invites you to relax and dream so that you can unwind after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea. One bedroom also has an additional Smart TV.

The Weidefeld beach is within walking distance, so you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and fine sand at any time. The charming harbour promenade with its shops and restaurants is also in the immediate vicinity.

Dogs are welcome in this holiday apartment so that your four-legged friend can also enjoy their holiday to the full. A bicycle shed is available for the safe storage of your bikes, and a private car park directly in front of the door ensures convenient arrival and departure. The flat is also easily accessible by lift

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
