Due to the unobstructed location and the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a unique panorama with a view of the Baltic Sea, the port of Olpenitz and the Schlei.
In the first-class kitchen you can prepare regional specialties yourself and spoil yourself with culinary delights. Alternatively to the stove or You can also use our cooktop with our Weber grill. The spacious apartment "Kap Mar 2" extends with a living space of approx. 97 m² over 2 floors, from the upper floor to the attic. The large window areas allow enough light to enter the apartment so that it is bright and inviting at all times of the day. The center of the apartment is the upper floor, which is designed like a loft, so that all rooms flow into one another. The spacious and inviting living room offers an incomparable view of nature and is therefore the ideal meeting point for a cozy get-together.
From the living room you can reach the attic via a convenient staircase. The adjoining hallway area is initially lined with an inviting wellness bath with whirlpool, sauna and washing machine and then with 2 bedrooms.
The two bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep and relaxation from everyday life. One is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and a wardrobe, the other with two single beds (0.90 x 1.80m) and a wardrobe. The bedrooms also have incomparable views of nature and sweeten every dream.

In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 6 guests.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. Pets are welcome and will be charged 8.00 euros / night. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of EUR 109.00. The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
