“Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. ”

“Sehr sauber, einzig der Ventilator unter dem Zimmer hat beim Einschlafen gestört. Fernsehr hat nicht funktioniert. Frühstück war sehr gut 👍”

“Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Great stay except at the beginning we could not reach the property contact for the WiFi info. Later that week they put up a sheet in the entry area with that info. Great location”

“My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again.”

“Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing.”

“Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we……

“Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. ”

“Bra läge mitt i byn, nära till lift. Mycket trevlig personal. Restaurangen har lite mer att önska, frukosten var riktigt bra men middag rekommenderar jag inte.”
