"The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The location is excellent, and the beach is wonderful. However, we had a major issue with a persistent sewer smell in our room. Although the staff made daily attempts to fix it, the problem was never resolved, and we were not offered a room change. When we checked out and asked to speak with a manager, no one was available. A few days later, the hotel responded that they had checked the room and found no smell, and offered us a discount for a future stay. Since we are not from Greece and do not plan to return soon, this solution is not meaningful. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected the situation to be handled with much more care and accountability."

"It has gorgeous sea and pool views! Beach is clean and warm. Staff is excellent, Fenia and Maria took very good care of us. They have free shuttle to Chora which is very comfortable. Taxi is regularly EUR 40 no matter where you go and from where you return. Overall, we had excellent stay at Arte and Mare! It combines 5 star relax with easy busy dressed up evenings in town or restaurants and clubs!"

"This place is VERY clean. The people INCREDIBLY friendly. And the atmosphere is AMAZINGLY chill. It is about a 15 minute drive to Mykonos town which was fine with us, and driving the road to the property is kind of a challenge (very narrow roads). Room 105 is premium as it has direct access to the pool and the patio is great to have a drink and smoke in the evening. The breakfast was just okay, and we didn't have dinner, but it is still a 5-star experience."
