"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "
