「The room was clean, but that’s about it. The main issue is the disconnect between how this hotel is advertised and what it actually is. It’s a fine, middle of the road 3 star with a decent view (ish) and uncomfortable beds, and a number of other annoying but minor flaws. It is not a five star or anything close to that. 「This was an our first time to Crete. This hotel is so lovely, clean, the pools are really lovely and the staff were all excellent. The room was clean and had a little kitchen area. We will definitely go back to this hotel again.」

「Wir hatten zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 11 Jahre) ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. An der Poolbar gab es einfaches, aber leckeres Frühstück für jeden Geschmack, auch den restlichen Tag wurden Speisen jederzeit frisch zubereitet. Und besonders gut haben uns die Cocktails gefallen, die von dem freundlichen Barkeeper zubereitet wurden. Der Sandstrand fängt nach 1-2 Minuten Fußweg an, direkt am Hotel ist es felsig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! 」

「We had wonderful time lodging in the junior suite overlooking the pool area and Aegean. The staff was very attentive and the food was good here too. The beach itself is a bit rocky but easily overcome. The area has many restaurants including one that is part of the family ownership: it was excellent.」

The desserts were generally excellent, the breads were delicious and the cold and uncooked items were generally good but the hot and cooked foods were really poor.
