Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall. Vlaasta die Eigentümerin ist super nett und bemüht sich steht's, das alles bestens ist. Die Einrichtung ist zwar zum Teil etwas älter aber gepflegt. Bitte bedenken, das Haus ist absolut vom Schuss, nächste Städte ca 20min. Tommy Markts ca 10-20min. Lidl 1,5std. Hier rentiert es sich vorher einzukaufen.Es kommt fast jeden Tag ein Obst Händler vorbei und bietet Ware an, schmeckt super aber teuer.

Sehr nette und herzliche Eigentümerin, die sehr bemüht ist und sich sofort sämtlichen Belangen annimmt.Der kurze Weg zum Meer ist über einen recht steilen Abgang zu erreichen, dafür wird man mit einem traumhaft schönem Badeerlebnis belohnt.Die Beschreibung samt Fotos entsprechen hierbei der Realität.An mehreren kleinen Stellen besteht etwas Sanierungsbedarf, was aber keineswegs die Nutzung einschränkt.Das Haus verfügt über 2 Klimaanlagen, welche im Wohn- Essbereich und in einem der drei Schlafzimmer angebracht sind.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist für uns angemessen und wir würden wiederkommen.
