The modernly decorated Villa Alessandro is located right on the coast, where a beautiful hidden beach awaits you. The spacious terrace invites you to relax after a swim in the sun, relax in the jacuzzi or simply enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday for 6 people only surrounded by the sea and Mediterranean plants.

The interior of the ground floor has an open concept. The unique space includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a dining area and a living room with a corner sofa and SAT-TV. Further down the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people with a private bathroom, which is also suitable for people with disabilities.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathrooms.

The entire building is simply but modernly decorated with interesting stylish details. Each room is air-conditioned and overlooks the sea. The terrace has a covered seating area, a gas barbecue and a jacuzzi.

From the parking lot, you can go down to the building via 26 stairs equipped with a lift for the disabled.

The price includes Internet, parking, use of the jacuzzi and SUP board. Washing machine and iron are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.
