Unverschämte Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption

Zusammengefasst ist es ein schönes und preiswertes Hotel. Das große Aber ist, dass die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und unverschämt ist. Wir wurden direkt bei unserer Ankunft beschimpft und angepöbelt. Deswegen hat man uns eigentlich schon beim Einchecken die Laune verdorben, so das wir direkt wieder wegfahren wollten aber dann doch geblieben sind weil wir im Vorraus bezahlt hatten. Wenn diese Mitarbeiterin nicht wäre, würden wir wieder kommen.

Das beste Hotel das ich je hatte

Ich hatte eine Operation nach der Entlassung hat man sich im Hotel um mich gekümmert egal was ich benötigte hat man mir besorgt es wurde auch ständig nachgefragt wie es mir geht und ob man etwas tun kann für mich . So ein Hotelpersonal habe ich noch nie erlebt .

Velká spokojenost :)

Byli jsme v hotelu opravdu moc spokojení. Nejen, že je umístěný na příjemném místě, ale i hned i kolonády. Personál hotelu byl moc milý, pokoje krásné, čisté s výhledem do ulice. Snídaně chutné a s velkým výběrem. Celkový dojem z hotelu zkrátka velká spojenost.. Těšíme se na příští návštěvu.

Ubytování je moc pěkné, pokoj hezký čistý. Na recepci by mohly být paní trochu milejší. Na snídani je opravdu velký výběr, ale celkově jsou průměrné, ale vybere si určitě každý. Dobrá lokalita, chviličku ke kolonádám. Bazén byl trochu chladnější, ale může to být subjektivní pocit. Celkově doporučuji, nevyadilo by se nám vrátit.

Magiske Karlovy Vary

Hotellet ligger god placeret i nærheden af midbyen. Basen ligger på toppen med varm vand og spa. Den er ikke stor men passer godt da der er ikke mange turister som bruge den. Da vi lavede reservation der stod parking muligheder og dette er også en af grunde til at vælge dette hotel men der er begramset mulighed for parkering. Hotellet har kun 3 parkering pladser og dette er optaget så vi var heldig at et af nabo hoteller er lukket og vi kunne bruge dette plads. Renlighed i hotellet er god samt fint morgenmad. Det er ikke tilbud på glutenfri brød. Jeg fik muffins og kage men .... ok tak til personalet! Vi var første gang i livet (rejser rigtig meget) at bliver i situation ved check out i reception for at vente til at personalet skal kontrollere minibar?? Vi har også sagt hvad vi skal betale men dette er ikke nok, vi skulle vente at de selv checke dette. Jeg følte mig ydmyget. Jeg kan ellers anbefale hotel til overnatning under besøg af den magiske flote Karlovy Vary!

Ein Sanatorium der Kommunisten Zeit.

Mehr ein Museum als ein Hotel. Renovierung wäre schon angemessen. Check in dauert lange und Park Möglichkeiten nicht die besten. Ab 21:00 Uhr kriegst nichts mehr zum Essen oder Trinken.

The hotel has no parking the staff found me an off-site location quickly within a two minute walk. It was nice that the hotel keeps robes and sandals in the room for guests to use for free. Great breakfast buffet options with a la carte ordering of a hot dish.

Great stay for getaway weekend

Overall a great hotel and friendly staffs. We arrived late around 11 pm and had smooth check-in. Our room had a breathtaking view from the balcony, which is definitely a plus. Sauna, swimming pool and whirlpool are in great condition and clean, in which we had a relax time during our stay. Breakfast was tasty with various choices.

不錯的選擇

在卡羅維瓦利溫泉迴廊的起始點，離景點很近，走一圈到普普飯店正好逛完整個小鎮，房間很乾淨寬敞，有小小的泳池，雖然沒有四星級酒店的感覺，但價位合理，早餐還不錯。
