2-room apartment, with 1 bedroom with double bed. The bedroom has space for at least 1 baby who is still sleeping in the cot.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished with rattan furniture and stove, and with plenty of kitchen equipment for self-catering. From the spacious terrace you have a wonderful view over the garden and the dyke meadows. The garden with seats, meadow, fireplace and grill ovens can be used. We recommend the apartment for 3 persons (1 baby included).

Semi-detached house with 8 comfortable apartments in high-quality equipment for max. 1-6 people, including 1 toddler up to 2 years per apartment Here is the guest in the beautifully landscaped holiday home in Karl Hagen on Usedom recreation. From the terrace or the balcony, the view extends for miles across the dyke meadows. With clean, relaxing sea air, it invites you to observe the natural spectacle of the animals in the meadow, the changing cloud shapes, the beautiful sunsets and the bird swarms again and again. The 2-room apartments 01,02,05 and 06 are located on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the garden. In the 1. Upstairs are the 3-room maisonette apartments 03,04,07 and 08. A discreetly integrated in the living area wooden staircase, (Raumsparstreppe, see picture) leads inside the apartment to the upper floor. Please note, this staircase is very steep and could be a problem for physically challenged people and smaller children. In the apartments, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth for cooler days. In addition, in the living area mostly stoves. Each apartment has an open kitchen. In all apartments free Wi-Fi is available. The large garden has a play area, seating in gazebos, barbecue areas and a fire pit for beautiful evenings after a day on the white, wide and long beach. Each apartment has a parking space. Bicycles can be safely stored. The house is ideal for guests who like to travel with family or friends or for smaller groups. The cottage is not suitable for guest groups under 25 years. erholsamer Urlaub in sehr schöner Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet und liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie war absolut sauber. Die Außenanlage war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und die Stellplätze für PKW's und Fahrräder gut organisiert. Der riesige Garten mit vielen Sitzplätzen und Grillstätten und dem weiten Ausblick in die Landschaft macht die ganze Anlage so einmalig schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Usedom ist immer eine Reise wert.
