"I thing the place is a bit misdecribed. Receptionist was very arrogant and unfriendly at the beginning but after i put my attitude he was okay. I have Asked for room cleaning and for a washing liquid for the kitchen 3 times in 3 days row and got the room cleaned at the 4th day. And it wasn't cleaned, they have just changed the towels and emptied the bin. Such a ignorant people form Receptionist to the housekeepers. Never again"

"We unfortunately missed our flight at the Frankfurt airport and were very disappointed about that, but b'Mine stepped in and saved the day. Conveniently located minutes from the airport it gave us a breath of fresh air with one of the coolest hotels on our trip. Very modern amenities and gave us exactly what we needed, a drink after our travels. The restaurant on the 12th floor had awesome food and beverage and turned what was a pain in our travels into a welcomed stop on our trip. If staying in Frankfurt in the future I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
